The mission of the New Member's Ministry is to provide a person of contact (Paraclete Partner) for each new member that joins Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church. The Paraclete partner, a person to walk along with you in your first days here at Hopewell, is assigned from the day the member joins, to the day the member completes the New Member Orientation class and is turned over to a Deacon. The Paraclete Partner will help the new member to adjust to the schedule and activities at Hopewell. This person provides assistance to the new member as needed, for we are all brothers and sisters. For those new members being Baptized, the paraclete partner provides dates and information on what is needed for Baptism. It is our goal that no member gets lost in the crowd, but that they feel welcome.

Meetings are held immediately following Worship Service on the second Sunday of each month in Williams I.
